Ameritech is a designer and builder of molds for the Plastics Industry

Medium to large, single or multi-cavity, injection, compression or blow molds are our specialty. Our modern 28000 square feet facility, constructed in 1988, is fully climate controlled with an  overhead crane system in each bay (max. of 10 ton).

We offer complete CAD-CAM 3-D systems that are directly linked to our CNC Machining Centers and High Speed Mill. We also welcome the opportunity to incorporate engineering changes to existing molds along with any mold  repair required. Special machining utilizing CNC sinker EDM’s, wire EDM’s, large machining applications as well as micro-tig welding is available. We are a dedicated group that lives up to our reputation for  quality work and on time delivery. Our location is in Mooresville, NC, 20 miles north of Charlotte on I-77 at NC 150 near beautiful Lake Norman.
